Here's how I look at the art of making millions: IT'S ALL JUST A GAME.
The more seriously we take this, the harder it is for us to strike it rich. But the more we look at becoming a millionaire as being a sport, a hobby, a passtime, a challenge, or anything else light-hearted, then the greater our chances are of achieving it.
The problem with most people is they look at becoming rich as a NECESSITY. And when you're working on any project out of NEED, you become DESPERATE. You become stressed, you cut people off, you overwork, you fret, you can't think properly, your productivity actually goes DOWN, and you attract into your life the negative forces which work against you rather than for you.
So chill out. Don't take all of this so seriously. Look at this as one big game and you'll find it'll be much easier to make your first million, and then your second, and then your third...
