Be careful whose advice you listen to. There is only ONE rule with listening to others' advice and it is this: Only consider the advice if the person has actually achieved what they're advising you on!
For example:
- Don't listen to anyone's advice about money unless they have a lot of it themselves
- Don't listen to anyone's advice about starting a business unless they've started one
- Don't listen to anyone's advice about lifestyle unless they've got a brilliant one
- Don't listen to anyone's advice about tax unless they've minimised theirs ethically
- Don't listen to anyone's advice about investing unless they're masters at it
You get the picture. One of the biggest mistakes we can make on our path to becoming millionaires is to listen to the advice of those who aren't qualified.
